proceeds of casualty inc ps laws it exclusions of income no tax or deduction of pention lawer pay wife for personall sufering car accendent property or personal injury all casualty loss is not income but va says 38cfr 3.271 pays doc med wants money back for pay wife income lawer income payer thes say but pay him self as that but payed her for personal suffering perieod income is not income 38cfr3.272 cant find help personal suffering cant find any thing can you all casualty loss is exclusions they say my lawer talk about property loss his not dum he try to tell em he pay medicail doc him self with the loss but pay ps her personal suffering this was in 2006 it 2011 now i put in for harship but counslor to bussey my wife got a ruperd spineal disck and i cant pay 6,000 back in a year i make not enouth for food what i doe
