Education and Scholarship Resources

DANTES
The DANTES Distance Learning Program provides a wide range of nontraditional education programs. It’s helpful for service members who want to earn their degree, but either do not have access to a traditional classroom because of either work schedules or duty locations.

DANTES provides undergraduate and graduate academic courses from nearly 150 institutions to all military personnel. For more information, visit: http://www.dantes.doded.mil/.

Here at Military Authority, we maintain a Scholarship List specifically for service members and their dependents. Many are branch or job-area specific, for spouses or children of fallen personnel. You are sure to find at least one that is a match for your needs.

Scholarships.com is a free resource for college scholarships and financial aid information. Sort potential scholarships by application deadline, dollar amount and relevancy.

CollegeBoard.com created this online tool to help you locate scholarships, internships, grants, and loans that match your education level, talents, and background. Complete the brief questionnaire and Scholarship Search will find potential opportunities from a database of more than 2,300 sources of college funding.

CTAM
Centralized Tuition Assistance Management (CTAM) is a web-based system that enables service members to gain access to the Army Continuing Education System’s (ACES) programs and services from anywhere in the world via GoArmyEd. Service members can process tuition assistance, enroll in college courses, and access other ACES services online at their convenience.
